I have always checked with the App when it started. I checked in it told me 20 min... great not a problem. On my 7 minute drive there i got text saying 15 minutes the a min later i get a text saying we’re on deck. I was a minute away. I come in and i was told to add my number in which i did then my sons name is on the board with a 21 minute hold. Which is freaking ridiculous since it says that your name will be removed 30 min after missing. So im confused why im now waiting even though i checked in online and arrived way before the 20 min time given and now must wait 21 more minutes. Your operations need to be better! Dont have an app for checkins if your staff is just going to delete the checkin.

Everyone was very happy and welcoming. I loved everything about the place. I love how clean and inviting the shop is, not to mention the MVP!

Service here is fantastic! I take my six year old here all the time and every stylist he gets does an awesome job! All the girls have great knowledge on men’s and boys haircuts 😀
